Co-Founder
Scott Scheid is a seasoned political strategist with deep roots in San Jose, California, where he was born and raised. From a young age, Scott was actively involved in sports, playing ice hockey, baseball, and golf, while cultivating a passion for American history and politics.
Scott attended Sacramento State University, where he earned a degree in Political Science.
Throughout his career, Scott has played pivotal roles in five presidential campaigns. His extensive experience includes managing and consulting on successful campaigns for a diverse array of candidates, encompassing congressional, state senate, state assembly, and municipal races across 32 states.
With a proven track record of delivering results, Scott is dedicated to shaping the future of American politics and driving effective strategies to elevate candidates and their messages.
Co-Founder
Keith Schipper has nearly two decades of experience in communications, public affairs and politics, having served in senior roles on presidential, U.S. Senate, U.S. House, and statewide campaigns.
Most recently, he served as Communications Director for the Republican National Committee during the 2024 cycle, leading a large team focused on making Joe Biden a one-term president. Keith went on to launch Hesperia Strategies to help campaigns, nonprofits, and businesses clearly and effectively communicate their message in an increasingly complex media environment.
Keith brings extensive experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and leveraging them to deliver results for clients. He has also designed and executed large-scale voter contact programs that educate constituencies, mobilize supporters, and drive electoral success.
Based in Las Vegas, Keith and his wife are raising their energetic toddler son. Outside of work, he can usually be found agonizing over the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, or University of Washington Huskies—or traveling with his family.
